This image was shot during a sunset walk along Brandon Creek. I was actually about to leave because the sun had gone behind the clouds but as I was packing up, it popped out again casting an amazing beam of light through the sea stack, turning the sea spray into tiny specs of gold. It was the week of Storm Franklin in February 2022 and the swell was raging, by far my favourite conditions for photography.
